General Admission Requirements

The following requirements apply for in-state and out-of-state residency:

  • Read and write English proficiently
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide a valid government ID (driver’s license, state ID with photo, or valid passport)
  • Complete all steps of the admission process (see below)

Admissions Process

  1. Complete the online application
  2. Pay non-refundable application fee 
  3. Schedule and complete entrance interview with a UHA Admissions Rep
  4. Upload required documents into the student portal
  5. Pay registration/tuition fees upon acceptance
  6. Register for your course

Umemba Health Academy (UHA) is an equal opportunity employer and follows the same policies in accepting applications from potential students. UHA is open to all students without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, creed, origin, sexual orientation, disability or marital status. UHA reserves the right to reject a student for admission. If the school does not accept an applicant, all fees paid to the school will be refunded. Letters of denial are retained for one year. Installment plans are offered on a case by case basis and discussed during the Admissions Interview.
